HONE THE RESCUER
Rope Rescue Technician +
Duration: 40 – 50 Hours
Prerequisites: NFPA Rope Rescue Technician or equivalent
This program is designed to develop knowledge and increase the ability of a technician level trained rescuer. Technique development, systems analysis, and a performance mindset will be the dominant theme throughout the course. This program will satisfy annual competency training requirements by addressing the NFPA 1006 2021 Ch. 5 Rope Rescue JPR’s to the Technician Level, going into detail to ensure the participant gains deeper knowledge of the skills and techniques to increase their ability to perform.
